Just do not ground the metal box Does. Self-Ground recepts. Be installed above ground in the box Which one of them will not be grounded. Back to the ground source You can take the ground wire to the bottom box. 'Soil Through the ground, do not cut back. Panel to go back to the land on the ground. Too much resistance on earth and good equipment to check the ground path.
